- Hand wash in warm water with neutral soap or a hand-washing specific detergent. Soak and scrub the dirtier areas.
- Can also be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC.
- Hang and air dry. Avoid using a tumble dryer.

No accessory is indestructible. It is the owner's duty to ensure proper use by the dog.

Conditions for size exchanges:

> For harnesses purchased at regular seasonal prices, harness packs, or orders using welcome or ambassador codes (max. 10% off), the customer is responsible for returning the original size using a shipping method with tracking of their choice (or by requesting a return label from us for a fee of €4.50). Once we receive the harness, we cover the shipping cost for the new size for destinations within mainland Spain (for the first exchange only).

> For harnesses purchased from the Outlet section, during Sales or Black Friday, or with promotional discounts (excluding the 10% welcome or ambassador discount), the size exchange (returning the original size and shipping the new one) costs €7.95 for mainland Spain; this includes both shipping labels required for the exchange. Exchanges will not be accepted more than 14 calendar days after order receipt.

> For other territories and accessories (such as collars), if a different size is desired, you must return the product and place a new order for the correct size. The customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs.

> Exchanges are made for a larger or smaller size of the same harness model (or a different design, only if the desired size is out of stock). To process an exchange, the item must be in perfect condition, show no signs of use or pet hair, and be in its original packaging. We only offer size exchanges for the same harness model and type; exchanges for other accessories or for a different type of product are not accepted.

> If you wish to exchange one harness type for another, or swap items for different accessories or designs, you must process a return and then place a new order for the desired items. The customer is responsible for return and new shipping costs.

> After an initial size exchange where we covered the shipping costs, the customer is responsible for any further shipping and return costs (set at €7.95 for mainland Spain) should additional exchanges or new shipments be required.

How do I request an exchange?

If you need to exchange your harness for a different size, please email us at piggydexshop@gmail.com with your order number, personal details, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size you need. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please remember to send only the harness being exchanged, without including other items from the order (if applicable). Size exchange requests will not be processed via social media.

RETURNS

> You may request a return of your order within 14 calendar days of delivery; after this period, PiggyDex reserves the right to refuse the refund, and no returns will be accepted. To initiate a return, you must first notify us by emailing piggydexshop@gmail.com with your order number, personal details, and the items to be returned. Once confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

> To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, free of hair/fur, and in their original packaging. They must be returned in the same package in which they were delivered, along with all included items.

> The customer is responsible for return costs, which will be deducted from the total refund amount once the returned product is received and verified at our office. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The return cost for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is €5.50, and PiggyDex will provide a return label to the customer (unless the customer prefers to handle the return independently). Returns from other territories (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe) must be arranged by the customer, who is responsible for both the shipping method and the associated costs. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number or a certified service to ensure the shipment can be tracked.

> Under no circumstances will we be held liable for items lost during transit or returned without a tracking number. No refund will be issued until the returned product arrives at our facilities and has been inspected.

> If the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the refund entirely.

> Whether for a product return or an order cancellation prior to shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the banking institution, the refunded amount may take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer's payment method after the refund is processed.

> If the customer requests a full return of an order after a size exchange has already been processed, applicable return costs and a €4.50 surcharge for the completed size exchange will be deducted from the refund amount.

♻️ Sustainable packaging for exchanges and returns ♻️

Whenever the packaging received is in good condition and allows for safe shipping, we may reuse it to send the new product. This helps us reduce the unnecessary use of boxes, paper, and other packaging materials. The outer packaging may show minor signs of its previous journey, but the product you receive will be thoroughly inspected and securely protected before shipment. 💜
