- How can I contact you?

- What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for mainland Spain are €4.50. Shipping is free for orders over €40 within mainland Spain.

Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are €4.95, and for Ceuta and Melilla, €5.50.
Shipping costs for the Canary Islands are €8.54.
Shipping costs for mainland Portugal are €5.95.

- How long will it take for my order to arrive?

From the moment you place an order, it may take us between 1 and 3 business days to process it and hand it over to our carriers.

Once handed over, shipments to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal usually take 24-72 hours.
To the Balearic Islands, they usually take 48-96 hours. To the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, they usually take approximately 4 to 7 business days, although during peak periods shipping times may be longer. Occasionally, shipping times may be longer due to customs processing.

International shipments can take between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that during peak periods such as the Sales season, Christmas, Black Friday, or due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical issues with the shipping company, delivery delays beyond PiggyDex's control may occur.

You can track your shipment using the code you will receive via email/SMS once your package has been shipped.

Please allow for standard order preparation and shipping times. If you haven't received your package after allowing sufficient time for transit, or if you have an issue with your shipment, please email us at piggydexshop@gmail.com.

- What is the correct size for my dog? What if I choose the wrong size?

Detailed size charts are available in each product description and in the Size Guide section. We also provide instructions on the best way to measure your furry friend to ensure you choose the right size. If you still have questions, email us at piggydexshop@gmail.com or send us a message via chat, and we'll be happy to help! Don't hesitate to ask!

If you still can't find the right size:
*First size exchange free for mainland Spain: for harnesses purchased at the original price without any discounts or markdowns. PiggyDex covers the cost of the size exchange.

*Harnesses purchased during sales, Black Friday, with discount codes, promotions, or from our outlet: €6 fee, which includes two shipping labels (one for returning the harness to be exchanged and one for shipping the new size).

*Size exchanges for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as other European countries: the customer must manage the return and place a new order for the desired size.

*We only accept size exchanges for harnesses; we do not offer exchanges for other accessories or product swaps.

- I haven't received the order confirmation email, what can I do?

Don't worry! Double-check that the email address you entered when placing your order was correct. Also, check your spam/junk mail folder or the Promotions section of your email, in case the email ended up there. If everything is fine and you still can't find the email, you can contact us via email, Instagram, or chat, and we'll confirm that everything is correct.

- Can I wash the products?

Of course! If your furry friend's harness or collar gets dirty, you can wash it. We recommend hand washing with cold or lukewarm water using neutral soap or a soap specifically for hand washing. Then, hang it up and let it air dry. Do not use a dryer, as the plastic parts could be damaged.

- How can I use a Discount Code?

Discount codes or coupons must be redeemed at checkout in the "discount code" box by clicking "Use."

Please note the specific terms and conditions of the coupon for it to be applied successfully. Discount coupons are generally not valid in conjunction with other promotions on the website, nor are they valid during sales events, Black Friday, etc. The welcome discount code can only be applied once per customer and does not need to be used on the first order.

- What are the payment methods?

At PiggyDex, we offer payment options including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. You can also split your purchase into 3 installments. All payments are processed by verified and trusted payment service providers. We do not store any credit card details or any other confidential payment information.
