.- How can I contact with you?

.- How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for Spain Peninsula are €4,30. For orders over €38 in the Peninsula, shipping costs are free.
Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are €5.80, and for Ceuta and Melilla they are €5.50
Shipping costs for the Canary Islands are €7.80
Shipping costs for Peninsular Portugal are €5,40

.- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Since you place an order, it can take between 1 to 3 business days to process it and deliver it to our carriers.
Once delivered, shipments to Peninsular Spain and Peninsular Portugal usually take 24-72 hours.
To the Balearic Islands it usually takes 48-96 hours.
To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it usually takes approximately 4 to 7 working days, although in periods of high demand shipping times may be longer. Occasionally shipping times may be longer due to the Customs process.
Europe/international shipments can take between 5 and 15 working days, depending of the destination.
Keep in mind that in periods of high activity such as the sales season, Christmas, Black Friday, or due to force majeure... there may be delays unrelated to PiggyDex (related to the overload of transport companies).
You can track your shipment using the tracking number you will receive by email.

.- What is the correct size for my dog? What happens if I don't get the size right?
You have detailed measurement tables in the description of each product and in the Size Guide section. We also tell you the best way to measure your dog to be able to choose appropriately. If you still have doubts, write us an email to piggydexshop@gmail.com or a message to the chat and we will be delighted to help you!
We offer first size change for free (valid for Spain-peninsula). Not included orders placed on Sales Season, Promotional campaigns, and Outlet products.
.- I have not received the order confirmation email, what can I do?
Don't worry! Check that the email address entered at the time of placing the order was correct. Also take a look at your spam/junk mail folder, in case the email has entered this section. If everything is fine and you cannot find the email, you can write to us by email, Instagram or chat and we will confirm if everything is correct.
.- Can I wash the products?
Of course! If your furry dog's harness or collar gets dirty, you can wash it. We recommend hand washing with cold or lukewarm water using neutral or specific soap for hand washing. Then hang and let air dry. Do not use a dryer, as the plastic elements could deteriorate.
.- How can I use a Discount Code?
Discount codes or coupons must be redeemed at the time of completing your purchase, in the "discount code" box, clicking Use.
You must take into account the specific conditions of the coupon so that it can be applied satisfactorily. Normally the coupons are not applicable to packs or cumulative with other promotions, nor are they valid in sales campaigns, Black Friday, etc.
.- What are the payment methods?
At PiggyDex we give you the option to pay by credit/debit card VISA, Mastercard, American Express and also through PayPal, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
All payments are processed by verified and trusted payment service providers. We do not keep any information related to your credit card or any payment information of a confidential nature.
