SIZE CHANGES

· Each type of harness has its own size (they are not equivalent) and you can consult the measurement tables for each one here ( See measurement tables )

> We offer the first FREE harness size change for Peninsular Spain, except in the case of items from the Outlet area, products purchased in Sales, Black Friday or purchased at a discount due to promotional campaigns . In these cases, the size change (return and shipping of the new size) will have a cost of €6 for Peninsular Spain.

> For the rest of the territories and accessories, if you want another size, you must return the product and place a new order for the desired size.

> The change will be made for a larger or smaller size of the same harness model (or another design if there is no stock), as needed. In order to do so, the product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, without hair and in its original packaging. Only size changes will be made for the same harness model, changes will not be accepted for the rest of the accessories, nor changes from one type of product to another.

> From the first change, if new changes or shipment of new products are desired, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

How to make the change?
If you need to change the harness size, write to us at piggydexshop@gmail.co m indicating your order number, your information, the item you want to change and the new size you need. We will tell you how to manage the change. Remember that you will only have to send us the harness that you need to change, without including other items in the order (if any).


RETURNS

> You can request the return of your order within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product; From that moment on, PiggyDex has the right not to make the refund. To accept the return, you will first have to notify us by writing an email to piggydexshop@gmail.com indicating your order number, personal information and items to be returned. Once confirmed, we will tell you how to manage it.

> The items to be returned must be new, unused, free of hair and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. They must be returned in the same package in which they were delivered along with all the elements included in it.

> The customer must assume the costs inherent to the return , which will be deducted from the total amount to be returned once the returned product is received and verified . Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The return cost for Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands is €4.50 and will be managed through our carriers. Returns from other territories (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe) will be managed by the customer and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking/certified number to ensure its traceability.

> We will not accept returns that have not been previously notified to us nor will we take responsibility for items lost in transit or returned without a tracking number.

> If the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, we reserve the right to make a partial refund or deny a refund.

> Whether for returning the product or canceling the order before it is shipped, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the bank, the refunded amount may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in the customer's payment method after the refund order is placed.

> If a return is made after a free size change has been arranged, both the return costs and the shipping and collection costs for the size change will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
