SIZE CHANGES AND RETURNS
SIZE EXCHANGES

Each harness type has its own sizing (they are not equivalent), and you can consult the size charts for each one here (See size charts).
> We offer the first harness size exchange FREE for mainland Spain within the first 14 days of receiving your order for harnesses and packs purchased at their original price, without any discount. In this case, we cover the return shipping costs for the size being exchanged and the shipping costs for the new size.
> For harnesses purchased in the Outlet section, during Sales, Black Friday, or purchased at a discount through promotional campaigns or discount codes, size exchanges (return of the size to be exchanged and shipment of the new size) will cost €6 for mainland Spain, which includes the two shipping labels required for the exchange. Exchanges will not be processed after 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
> For other territories and accessories, if a different size is desired, the product must be returned and a new order placed for the desired size. The customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.
> Exchanges will be made for a larger or smaller size of the same harness model (or a different design, only if the desired size is out of stock), as needed. To be eligible for an exchange, the product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused, free of stray hairs, and in its original packaging. Only size exchanges of the same model and type of harness will be accepted. Exchanges of other accessories or product types will not be accepted.
>If you wish to exchange one type of harness for another, or for different accessories or designs, you must process a return and then place a new order for the desired products. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
>After a first free size exchange or a second exchange request, if you wish to make further exchanges or order new products, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, which are €6 for mainland Spain.
How to make an exchange?
If you need to exchange a harness for a different size, please write to us at piggydexshop@gmail.com indicating your order number, your contact information, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size you need. We will then guide you through the exchange process. Remember that you only need to send us the harness you need to exchange, without including any other items from your order (if applicable).
RETURNS
> You can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. After this period, PiggyDex reserves the right to refuse a refund, and no returns will be accepted. To initiate a return, you must first notify us by sending an email to piggydexshop@gmail.com, indicating your order number, personal details, and the items to be returned. Once confirmed, we will inform you how to process it.
> Returned items must be new, unused, free of lint, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. They must be returned in the same package in which they were delivered, along with all included components.
> The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refund amount once the returned product has been received and verified at our office. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The return shipping cost for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is €5.50, and PiggyDex will provide the return label to the customer (unless they wish to manage the return themselves). Returns from other territories (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of Europe) will be managed by the customer, who will be responsible for both the shipping method and shipping costs. We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number/certificate to ensure traceability.
> Under no circumstances will we be responsible for items lost during transit or returned without a tracking number. No refund will be issued until the returned product arrives at our facilities and has been inspected.
> If the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the refund altogether.
> Whether for a product return or an order cancellation before shipment, the refund will be issued to the same payment method. Depending on the bank, the refunded amount may take up to 10 business days to appear in the customer's payment method after the refund order is issued.
> If a return is made after a free size exchange has been processed, the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping and collection costs for the size exchange, will be deducted from the refund amount.
