Once an order is placed, it can take between 1 and 3 working days to process it and deliver it to our carriers. You will receive a confirmation email when the order has been shipped.

We currently ship to all of Spain and Peninsular Portugal .
The products will be sent with Correos Express or Correos.

Shipping costs for Peninsular Spain are €3.99, and the usual shipping time is 24-72 working hours once delivered to the carrier.
For purchases over €35 in the Peninsula (Spain), shipping will be FREE .

Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are €5.80 (shipping time 2-4 business days)
Shipping costs for the Canary Islands are €7.80 (shipping time 4-7 business days * ) and the recipient's DNI number is required.
Shipping costs for Ceuta and Melilla are €5.50 (shipping time 4-7 business days * ) and the recipient's DNI number is required.

*Currently there is a logistics problem in Customs for shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla for which the delivery times could be longer than the indicated periods. PiggyDex is not responsible for any extra charges that may arise if a package is stopped at customs.

Shipping costs for Peninsular Portugal are €4.80 (shipping time once picked up by the carrier 72-96 working hours Correos) and €7.80 (shipping time once picked up 24-48 working hours Correos Express ).

- Shipping to Europe

Shipments to Europe can take between 5 and 15 working days. Usually you can track the shipping on the website of the postal company of the country of destination.

The shipping costs according to destination are:

-Andorra: 4,00 €
-France: 9,90 €
-Italy: 11,20 €
-Germany: 8,10 €
-Belgium: 10,20 €
-Netherlands: 9,55 €
-Austria: 11,00 €

PiggyDex will not be responsible for any extra charges that may be incurred if a package is stopped at Customs.

No shipments will be made on weekends and holidays.

* Keep in mind that shipments may be delayed during sales seasons, promotions, Black Friday, Christmas, etc. or due to problems inherent to the transport company or force majeure.

The customer must make sure to indicate all their data and delivery address correctly at the time of placing the order. If the transport agency returns the package to us due to impossibility of delivery (due to rejection of the package by the client or incorrect data on his part), PiggyDex will not be responsible for the expenses incurred and a partial refund will be made, deducting from the price of the product the cost of the return. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the error that makes delivery impossible is attributable to PiggyDex, we are committed to ensuring that the order reaches the customer correctly at no additional cost.

At PiggyDex we want to help you so you can choose the perfect size for your dog. We put at your disposal a Size Guide and the possibility of contacting us by email or by chat with any questions about them.

If despite this you do not get the size right, don't worry! We give you the option of making the first size change for free within the first 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (* option only valid for Spain Peninsular *, for the rest of the territories, if you want another size, you must return the product and make a new order ). Outlet, promotional and discounted items are not applicable for Free size exchange.
The change will be made for a larger or smaller size as needed. In order to do so, the product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and in its original packaging. Changes will only be made in the size of the harness or collar, no changes will be accepted on the rest of the accessories. From the first change, if new changes or shipment of new products are desired, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

If you need to make a change in size, write to us at indicating your order number, your data and the item you want to change and the new size you need. We will tell you how to return the harness/collar, and then manage the shipment of the new size.
Discounted or outlet items have a special return and exchange policy.


PiggyDex offers you the possibility of returning your order without any commitment, due to not being satisfied with the product and/or due to size problems, provided that we are notified of the return within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product, and being in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. In this case, the customer must assume the expenses inherent to the return, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned once the returned product has been received and verified, in concept - return costs-.

If the customer wishes to make a return, he must first notify us by writing an email to indicating his order number and personal data. Once we confirm the return, we will tell you how to manage it. Returns that have not been previously notified to us will not be accepted.
Returns in Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands are managed by us through our carriers, so we will not accept packages returned by the customer without prior notification, nor will we assume responsibility for lost items.
Returns from the Canary Islands, Portugal and the rest of European countries will be managed by the customer. We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number.

When the returned product is received, we will verify that it is complete and in perfect condition, and if so, we will proceed to reimburse the price of the product or products purchased, deducting from these the cost in -concept of return-. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the bank, the refunded amount may take up to 10 business days after the refund order to be reflected in the customer's payment method. If signs of use are observed on the product, the money will not be refunded.

Items purchased within packs, 3x2 promotions, 50% off second unit or similar have a special return policy. If a partial return of an item purchased within these assumptions occurs, then the applied promotion will be canceled and the corresponding accessories will be charged at their original price.

If a return is made after a free size change has been arranged, both the return costs and the shipping and collection costs for the size change will be deducted from the amount to be returned.


At PiggyDex we carefully review each order we prepare to try to ensure that it reaches the customer in perfect condition. If despite this, upon receiving the package you observe any defect in the product or damage to it caused by transport, contact us as soon as possible (and always within the first 7 calendar days from receipt of the package) via email, attaching photos of the damaged product. Once the damage has been reviewed and assessed, we undertake to exchange the defective product for a new one or to make a partial or total refund, as the case may be, with PiggyDex assuming the shipping costs.
If the defect in the product is due to improper handling by the customer, the money will not be refunded.
- Important: (!) No accessory is indestructible, it is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet according to its characteristics, and to ensure its correct use by the dog (!). Our products are suitable and resistant for regular daily use and domestic dogs. We do not recommend our harnesses for dogs that pull excessively.


If you have placed an order and it has already been prepared and has left our facilities, it cannot be canceled and no changes can be made to it.
If you have placed an order and it has not yet been processed, you can cancel it by writing us an email as soon as possible at indicating your data, order number and reason for cancellation.
If you need any modification to the order, contact us as soon as possible (via email or Instagram) so that we can manage it for you. If the order has already been prepared, we will not be able to make any changes to it.


- Remember never to throw away the packaging of the products until you check that they are in perfect condition. Before opening and using the product, please verify that it matches what you ordered (model, color, size, etc...), making an immediate claim, in case there is any anomaly, by writing us an email to info@ To make a size change or return, the products must be sent back with the same packaging in which they were received.
- The color of the print on each item may vary slightly from the rest of the products in the range due to the use of different fabrics and materials for each item.
