The General Terms and Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between PIGGYDEX and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
PIGGYDEX reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Such modifications may be made through its website, by any legally permissible means, and will be binding for as long as they are published online and until they are validly modified by subsequent changes. However, PIGGYDEX reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Terms and Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Terms and Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely and proper manner.
The purpose of the website is to offer and advertise the sale of all types of fashion and accessories for dogs.
PIGGYDEX takes every measure to ensure that all pricing information displayed on the site is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occasionally occur. If an error occurs and an incorrect price is assigned to a product, PIGGYDEX may refuse the order and/or confirm the validity of the contract, in accordance with the terms herein. PIGGYDEX has no obligation to supply or deliver any product for which the price has been incorrectly assigned. In this case, the contract will be cancelled.
The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand, and accept the terms of use and these general terms and conditions of sale. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to access the PIGGYDEX websites and enter into contracts through them.
To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online store.
Once the purchase process is complete, the customer will receive an email confirmation. It is essential that the user provides a valid email address during the purchase process. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact PIGGYDEX by email at piggydexshop@gmail.com or via the website's chat function.
All website content is in Spanish, and an English version of the website is available.
Upon receiving the product at the provided delivery address, the customer may request an invoice or a copy of the order.
OFFER AND VALIDITY
In the case of a product on sale, the sale price and its validity will always be indicated along with its essential characteristics.
In compliance with current regulations, PIGGYDEX provides information on all items for sale, their characteristics, and prices. However, PIGGYDEX reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or change the products offered through its website by simply updating the website's content. PIGGYDEX may also modify the prices of the products and services offered without prior notice, based on internal needs, increased production costs, and logistics. Therefore, the products offered on the website at any given time will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at that time. Furthermore, the company reserves the right to discontinue offering access to the aforementioned products at any time without prior notice.
ESSENTIAL PRODUCT FEATURES
The products offered in our online store include a photograph and their essential characteristics; this information is obtained directly from the manufacturer. The product color shown in the photograph is not binding and may vary depending on the type of product, the fabrics, and the materials used in its manufacture. The product's characteristics are specified.
PRE-SALE CONDITIONS
1. What is a pre-sale?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product before it's available for shipping at a special promotional price. At PiggyDex, pre-order items are made to order , so availability is limited. By purchasing your pre-order pack, you guarantee the stock of all included items and your desired size.

2. Payment and order confirmation
Payment is made at the time of booking.
Only orders that are fully paid for are considered confirmed. Otherwise, they will not be reserved or processed.

3. Shipping and estimated dates
Each pre-order product will have an estimated shipping date .
This date is an estimate and may vary slightly due to production or logistical reasons. In case of a significant delay, we will notify the customer by email.

4. Cancellations and modifications
Since pre-order products are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer , cancellations of pre-ordered items are not permitted , and the customer is bound by this condition upon payment. This condition is subject to the exception to the right of withdrawal applicable to products made to the consumer's specifications (Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

5. Size changes
As these are made-to-order items, we cannot guarantee stock availability for size exchanges. However, if you need a size exchange, please email us and we will let you know the available options. Special Christmas packs cannot be exchanged for other products.

6. Returns
Once you receive the pre-ordered pack, you can request a return within the first 14 calendar days of receiving the order. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, which in this case will be €6. The pack must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent: new, unused, hair-free, and with all items included in the package (including the cookie and promotional materials). Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Returns will only be accepted free of charge in the following cases:
• Defective product,
• Shipping error on the part of PiggyDex.
In these cases, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.

7. Combined products in packs
In pre-order bundles (e.g., harness + leash + bag holder + plush toy), the items are sold as a single, indivisible set. It is not possible to return or exchange individual parts of the bundle.

8. Limited availability
Pre-order units are limited and may sell out at any time. PiggyDex reserves the right to close the pre-order before the scheduled date if the maximum number of units is reached.

9. Customer communication
Any updates to dates, incidents, or relevant changes will be communicated to the client via email.

10. Acceptance of the conditions
By completing a pre-sale purchase, the customer fully accepts these Pre-Sale Conditions .
GUARANTEES
All products offered on the website are covered by the supplier's commercial warranty. PIGGYDEX provides after-sales service; while the warranty is valid, the customer can exercise it by contacting the PIGGYDEX after-sales service department at [email address missing]. piggydexshop@gmail.com .
Like all human accessories, dog accessories are subject to wear and tear, and it is the owner's responsibility to use them properly and monitor their condition to ensure their dog can wear them safely. If a product shows signs of wear or damage, it should not be used on the dog.
PiggyDex accessories are suitable for most dogs and for everyday use; however, if your dog has behavioral problems or pulls excessively, our accessories will have a reduced lifespan. We will not refund or replace accessories that have been misused or damaged by the dog, or those that have been subjected to negligent use, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
It is the responsibility of the customer/dog owner to ensure that the accessory is suitable for their dog, verifying that the product fits correctly and does not cause any discomfort to the dog, and that it is appropriate for its size, weight, build, etc. We are not responsible for any discomfort the harness may cause the dog due to factors unrelated to the product, such as allergies, incorrect sizing, or prior use of the product, etc.
Regarding the PiggyTracker device, the warranty covers manufacturing defects for 2 years in accordance with current regulations, but does not cover:
❌ Damage from impacts, drops, or improper handling (including pairing without properly following the steps given in the device instructions)
❌ Factory defects or premature wear of the included replaceable CR2032 battery (external consumable not covered by warranty)
❌ Damage from moisture or water (although the device is water-resistant with IP67 certification, it is not submersible)
❌ Damage caused by misuse of the case, incorrect installation, or drilling of the device
❌ Failures resulting from use with unsupported operating systems, old versions or updates of operating systems (iOS or Android) with connectivity problems or bugs independent of the tracker.
PRICES
All products show the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax were applicable, it would be indicated.
The prices of products (harnesses and accessories for sale) and services offered on the website (such as shipping costs, returns, size changes, discounts, etc.) may be modified by PIGGYDEX at any time without prior notice, due to internal adjustments, and increases in manufacturing and/or logistics costs.
SHIPPING COSTS
PIGGYDEX ships to mainland Spain for €4.50, the Balearic Islands for €4.95, the Canary Islands for €8.54, and Ceuta and Melilla for €5.50. International shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and the destination country.
Shipping costs include transport, insurance, and customs clearance at the point of origin. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, destination customs duties and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; the recipient will be responsible for paying these in cash upon delivery.
The recipient will be responsible for all import costs and taxes incurred at the destination customs, whether or not the goods are delivered to them.
We will attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible, but the recipient must be aware of the import regulations of the destination country, as PIGGYDEX is not responsible for them. PIGGYDEX is also not liable for any consequences arising from strikes, armed conflicts, or other circumstances beyond its control.
PIGGYDEX will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
ORDER DELIVERY
Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Product will be delivered to the address provided by the user when placing the Order within approximately one to three (1-3) business days in mainland Spain from the time it leaves the PIGGYDEX warehouse, and between four and ten (3-10) business days for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For international orders, delivery times will depend on the country and the shipping method selected.
PIGGYDEX assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the Product is not made as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.
Delivery times are approximate, although PIGGYDEX strives to meet them. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or sales, shipments may be delayed.
PAYMENT METHODS AND ORDER PROCESSING
The customer may pay for their order using any of the following methods. During the checkout process, they must indicate their choice:
- VISA, VISA or MASTERCARD CREDIT or DEBIT card
All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are conducted in a secure environment, using a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you send us is encrypted as it travels across the network.
Furthermore, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, at the POS (Bank's Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or recorded on any PIGGYDEX server.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that corresponds to the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This payment method is only valid on the website.
When a purchase amount has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was indeed made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, the cancellation of the corresponding charge was improperly demanded, the cardholder will be obliged to PIGGYDEX to compensate for the damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

It allows you to send payments securely and conveniently online. The PayPal network leverages the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service specifically designed for those dissatisfied with traditional payment methods.

PIGGYDEX commits to delivering the order within a maximum of 30 days, starting from the day after the order is placed.
The availability of products offered by PiggyDex may vary depending on customer demand. Although PiggyDex updates its stock regularly, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-fulfillment due to unavailability, PiggyDex will notify the customer by email as soon as it becomes aware of the situation. This notification period will not exceed 30 days. PiggyDex may offer the customer the option of supplying a product with similar or superior characteristics at no additional cost, or, unless PiggyDex provides justified and demonstrable reasons within this same period, refunding the amounts paid for the canceled order. Should PiggyDex fail to issue this refund within the specified period, the buyer may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to compensation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND CLAIMS
The buyer will have a maximum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending a notification to the email address piggydexshop@gmail.com, or through the withdrawal form.
According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the right of return cannot be exercised for items that require personalization by the customer, such as QR identification tags and the PiggyTracker device.
📌 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for the PiggyTracker™ product
In accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the PiggyTracker™ product and its QR code covers are not eligible for returns or cancellation once delivered, as they are:
• Products that can be personalized or contain personal data (as happens when configuring the QR code with owner information).
• Devices susceptible to digital linking, which prevents guaranteeing their functional integrity or the possibility of resale after activation.
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly accepts this condition, waiving their right of withdrawal with respect to this specific product, in compliance with article 103.m) of the aforementioned Royal Decree.
At PiggyDex, we guarantee that all PiggyTrackers™ are shipped in working order and individually inspected from our warehouse. If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer may claim under the applicable legal warranty, provided the fault is not due to misuse or improper handling.
- The REFUND
In the case of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, PIGGYDEX will provide the customer with a return label unless the customer indicates they wish to return the product themselves (in which case they must clearly inform PiggyDex when exercising their right of return). This label does not make PiggyDex responsible for the shipment of returned products or any issues that may arise during transit; the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the package arrives at PiggyDex's facilities in perfect condition.
If the customer chooses to handle the return themselves, they must provide PiggyDex with a tracking number/proof of registered mail.
PIGGYDEX will not cover return shipping costs. If PiggyDex provides the customer with a return label, once the product has been received and inspected, the amount paid for the product will be refunded, minus €5.50 for the return label. If the customer arranges the return themselves, PiggyDex will refund the full amount paid for the returned product, but the initial shipping costs and the amount paid for the chosen return shipping method will not be refunded.
In the case of returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and the rest of Europe, the management of the return shipment will always be the responsibility of the customer, who must provide PiggyDex with a tracking/certified shipment code.
PIGGYDEX will not be responsible under any circumstances for the loss of the returned package.
PIGGYDEX will not accept any returned items without prior notification.
In any case, returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging, with all included items intact (flyer, card, snack). To avoid shipping problems, the product must be sent via registered mail. Please send the return tracking number to our email address , piggydexshop@gmail.com , so we can monitor your shipment. Please ensure the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we verify that the item(s), along with any components, accessories, promotional gifts, and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Payment refund
The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, and will only be processed once the returned product has been received at our facilities and its condition verified. PIGGYDEX reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned product shows signs of damage or use, or if it is found to be incomplete or in the same condition as when it was delivered.
The customer may take between 3 and 10 business days to see the refund reflected in their payment method from the refund order given by PiggyDex, always depending on their bank.
- Return of the defective product .
If the product is not in good condition and the cause is not attributable to the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing PIGGYDEX of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these terms and conditions, at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
PIGGYDEX undertakes to assume the cost of the return and replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

JURISDICTION
PIGGYDEX also reserves the right to take any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for the misuse of its website and content or for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
The relationship between the user and the service provider will be governed by the laws in force and applicable in Spain. In the event of any dispute, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to the ordinary courts, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and venue. PIGGYDEX is domiciled in Madrid, Spain.
Changes
Size changes are only permitted for harnesses. For these products, only one exchange for a different size (larger or smaller) of the same product and design purchased will be allowed. It is not possible to make more than one exchange for the same product, nor to exchange one type of product for another, except in specific cases and exceptions.
If it is not possible to exchange the requested size, for any reason, whether our own or not, we will proceed with the return of the product for a full refund of the final price paid, excluding the shipping cost. The exchange period for these products is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and retain its original packaging.
A size exchange involves two shipments: the return of the item being exchanged and the shipment of the new item. The first size exchange is free for mainland Spain, with PIGGYDEX covering the return and new shipping costs, EXCEPT for products purchased during SALES, BLACK FRIDAY, promotional campaigns, with discount codes, from the PUGS CHARITY collection, and OUTLET items. In these cases, the size exchange will cost €6, which the customer must pay. If the customer exceptionally requests a second size exchange for the same product, they must again pay the shipping costs for the size exchange, i.e., €6.
Returns
The return period for these products is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and retain its original packaging. In any case, when requesting a return, only the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the shipping cost.
PIGGYDEX reserves the right to modify the special exchange and return policy for selected products purchased with a discount or reduction on their original price, such as OUTLET products.
Products with a discount off their original price
Products with a discount on their original price are all those products purchased with discount codes or with a catalog discount on their original price.
During certain periods when there is an active campaign or promotion, only one promotion or discount can be applied per order unless it is clearly stated that the promotion or code applies in conjunction with other active promotions or discounts.
