Hi, we're Dexter and Rocco, the bosses of PiggyDex!

We are two very friendly pugs who live in Madrid (Spain) and who have inspired this project, created by and for us, the animals.

WHAT IS PIGGYDEX AND WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

PiggyDex is a family-run online store for fun and cool dog accessories.

The idea for this project stems from my human's love for dogs and her desire to create beautiful and functional items for us. The project was a dream that never quite materialized. Then the pandemic hit, and after a very difficult year, my human decided to finally pursue her dream : creating unique accessories for our furry friends, with fun and colorful designs, and high-quality materials, so that all dogs can be comfortable and stylish.
We embarked on this adventure and on November 10, 2021, we excitedly opened our online store, specializing in adjustable harnesses and walking accessories for dogs, after months of hard work testing materials, contacting suppliers, branding, designs, website, logistics, etc.

And where does the name come from?

I'm sure it happens to you too, friends: at home they call you a million different things. At mine, they've always affectionately called me "pig" or "little piggy ," in addition to my "official" name: Dexter or Dex . And that's where PiggyDex comes from.

WHO IS THE HUMAN BEHIND THE BRAND?

This is Irene, our human mom and creator of the project:

She loves photography, drawing, and music. She adores animals, and to her, we're like her children. She's a bit of a social media addict, and you'll always find her in our small office, creating content on the computer, designing, drawing on the tablet, taking thousands of photos, or preparing packages. She takes care of everything, and we always keep an eye on her from our strategic spot under the table.
